2. Description of Service

What4Wheels is a platform for UK car enthusiasts to showcase their vehicles, connect with other enthusiasts, and purchase QR code stickers that link to their vehicle profiles.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Updating your information as necessary

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant What4Wheels a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
  • Misrepresents your identity or vehicle information

What4Wheels reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at any time and without prior notice if it is deemed to violate these terms, breach community guidelines, or be otherwise inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to vehicle profiles, photographs, comments, and any other content published through the Service.

5. Voluntary Disclosure of Information

Any personal or vehicle information you share on the Service, including but not limited to vehicle registration numbers, location details, photographs, modification details, and any other personal information displayed on your profile, is shared entirely at your own discretion and at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for deciding what information to make publicly available on your profile. What4Wheels does not require you to disclose any sensitive personal or vehicle details beyond what is needed to create an account.

What4Wheels accepts no liability for any consequences arising from information you choose to share publicly, including through vehicle profiles, QR code stickers, or any other feature of the Service. You should carefully consider what information you make visible to others before publishing it.

6. QR Code Products

QR code stickers purchased through the Service are physical products that will be shipped to your provided address. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

The QR code links to your vehicle profile on What4Wheels. You are responsible for the content displayed on your vehicle profile.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your payment card details.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission

9. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Repeated or serious transgressions will result in a permanent ban from the Service.

To enforce these terms and protect the community, What4Wheels may use technical measures including IP address logging, device fingerprinting, and other identifying information to detect and prevent banned users from creating new accounts or circumventing enforcement actions.

What4Wheels also reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or modify the Service in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any planned permanent closure of the Service where practicable. What4Wheels shall not be liable to you or any third party for any discontinuation or modification of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What4Wheels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
